Inlays
In 2013, OSTCARD company started its own production of inlets for the manufacture of contactless cards. High-performance lines with a total capacity of 120,000 pieces of inlay per day were installed.
The products are in constant high demand not only in the largest enterprises in Moscow, but also throughout Russia. The inlays of the OSTCARD company have passed voluntary certification. The products meet all the requirements of regulatory documents (TU 4084-001-66897776-2014).
To test the physical characteristics of the inlets for compliance with the requirements of the EMV and NFC Forum standards, Micropross equipment is used, which is internationally recognized.
Inlays are sheets of prelaminate with chip modules and copper antennas applied, designed for the production of contactless cards. They are used as an intermediate layer of a multilayer welded construction of a plastic card.
The inlets may consist of a different number of layers:

2) plastic + antenna with chip + laminate (on one or two sides)
