The Datacard MX2100 complex is a modular high-performance equipment designed for applying various types of personalization of identification plastic cards in a single cycle. Developed on the basis of continuity with the well-known MX2000 complex.

Datacard MX2100 performance reaches 1200 cards per hour. The equipment is designed taking into account the security standards of international payment systems.

The complex consists of a main module, which includes a system controller, a card loading module and a card unloading module and additional modules. The equipment can include up to nine card personalization modules, as well as one card cleaning module, one pair of rotary modules, a module for checking the correctness of loaded cards, a module for checking the quality of card personalization, modules for attaching cards to the MXD210 carrier and wrapping in an MXi210 envelope.

The equipment can be purchased in a certain minimum configuration, and then add modules to it as new tasks of personalization of plastic cards appear.
